Separate application and website rights

The original software, website design, and protectable selection and arrangement of the Sonoverse application and website, together with other proprietary elements owned by Future Gen Press LLC, are © 2026 Future Gen Press LLC. All rights reserved in those elements. This reservation excludes the books themselves and does not claim ownership of third-party material.

Conditional Creative Commons license

To the extent copyright or similar rights exist in the Sonoverse-provided narrative and illustrative content of a book and Future Gen Press LLC has authority to license those rights, that content is made available under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License.

Where that license applies, you may copy, share, redistribute, and adapt the covered content for noncommercial purposes. Give appropriate credit to Sonoverse, include the license link, retain the notices required by the license, and indicate any changes. Credit must not suggest our endorsement. The full license governs these permissions.

Unprotected material and legal exceptions

Where no copyright or similar rights exist, attribution and noncommercial use are requests, not legally binding conditions. No permission from us is needed for uses that do not require it under applicable law. This notice does not create rights in unprotected material or limit the public domain, fair use, or other legal exceptions.

This notice covers Sonoverse-provided story text and illustrations. It does not license application code, website design, trademarks, personal information, or separately identified third-party or user-contributed material. Narration and other assets are included only if a separate notice expressly says so.

Original material you contribute keeps its separate rights. Saving a private draft or personalized book does not publish it or give permission to disclose a child's information. Check and remove private details before sharing. AI assistance does not guarantee that content is error-free or clear of every third-party right.
