Why is an activity locked?
Check the message to learn what is needed.
A locked activity can have more than one cause.
- Your plan may not include that feature.
- Your reader may need to finish an earlier step.
- The feature may not be ready yet.
Read the message next to the lock. If it names a plan, check Membership. If it names a lesson, return to that step on the journey.
If you already paid or finished the step, do not pay again just to unlock it. Contact support with the message shown.
