Fix a book that will not finish

A story can take time to write, illustrate, and add narration. Keep your connection while the app starts the job.

If you leave the page, open My Library in Story creator. Look for the loading card and open it to check the book.

Use a retry control only when the app offers one. Avoid starting the same request over and over.

If the book stays stuck or shows an error, contact support. Include the title or job shown, when you started it, and the error text. Report an allowance count that seems wrong too.
