Set or reset the Grown-Up PIN

The Grown-Up PIN is called the Grown-Up Launch Code. A grown-up should choose it during setup. Enter the same four digits twice, then save the code.

Use the code to open the dashboard and lesson previews. Keep it separate from the child's reading activities.

Forgot the code?

1. Open the grown-up dashboard.
2. On the code screen, choose Forgot your Launch Code?
3. Enter your account password.
4. Choose and confirm a new four-digit code.
5. Select Save Launch Code.

If you forgot the account password too, reset that first. Support will never ask you to send your password or code.
