Reset your password

1. Open Forgot your password?.
2. Enter the grown-up's account email.
3. Check your inbox and spam folder.
4. Open the newest reset email.
5. Follow the link and choose a new password.

If the link has expired or was already used, request a new one. Do not share the link or your new password with anyone.

Resetting your account password is different from changing the four-digit Launch Code.
