Keep private details out of answers
Use made-up examples when a story asks for an idea.
Story answers and custom-book prompts do not need private family facts. Use a nickname or a made-up character when you can.
Keep these details out of answers, prompts, and support messages:
- Passwords and Grown-Up PINs.
- Full card numbers or bank details.
- Home addresses and school schedules.
- A child's full name or private health history.
If a private detail was saved by mistake, a grown-up can contact us to ask about removing it.
