Story questions and answers

Share a story connection

Connect a story to an idea without sharing private facts.

A story connection links a book to something your reader knows or imagines.

For a story about helping, they might say: "This makes me think of a friend helping a lost dog." Made-up examples are fine.

Your child does not need to share a home address, school name, full name, or a private family story. Encourage them to talk about the idea in the book.

Saved answers can be used to give feedback. A grown-up can ask to review or remove them.
