Fix a missing or wrong answer

If spoken words look wrong, edit the answer before sending it when the text box allows that. You can type instead of speaking where both options are shown.

After sending an answer, stay online and wait for the result. Avoid tapping Send over and over.

If a saved answer is missing or incorrect, contact support. Include the book, question, and date. You can also ask to remove a saved answer.

Do not clear browser data as the first fix. Some unfinished work may still be on that device.
