Cancel a paid plan

1. Open Membership in the grown-up area.
2. Choose Manage billing and invoices.
3. Use the cancellation option in Stripe.
4. Review the end date and confirm cancellation.
5. Return to Membership and check that it shows when paid access ends.

Keep the confirmation for your records. If the billing page will not open, contact hello@sonoverse.app for help.

Signing out or closing a browser does not cancel a plan. Canceling renewal does not delete the account or saved data. A refund request is also a separate step.
