I cannot hear the sound

1. Turn up the device volume and check mute settings.
2. Check whether sound is going to headphones or another speaker.
3. Make sure the browser tab is not muted.
4. Tap the play or speaker control again.
5. If needed, reopen the activity after saved work is safe.

Some browsers wait for a tap before playing sound. Try a visible sound control first.

If just one word or book is silent, tell support its title, page, and word.
