Make a clear recording
Use a quiet spot and a normal speaking voice.
- Move away from TV, music, or loud talk.
- Keep the microphone a comfortable distance from your reader.
- Start the activity and wait until it is ready.
- Let your child read in their normal voice.
- Use the stop control when shown, then wait for feedback.
Your reader does not need to shout or rush. Avoid speaking over their words.
If the app missed a word, try once more in a quiet spot. Stop for a break if retries feel frustrating.
