Fix a microphone that will not work

1. Check that a microphone is connected and not muted.
2. Open your browser's site permissions for sonoverse.app. Allow microphone access.
3. Check your device settings. Make sure the browser can use the microphone.
4. If more than one microphone is listed, choose the one you want.
5. Close other apps or tabs that may be using it.
6. Reopen the activity and try a short recording.

The setting names vary by device. If it still fails, tell support your device, browser, and the error message. Please do not send a recording of your child.
