What if a right answer is marked wrong?

Tell your child that speech tools sometimes make mistakes. A wrong mark does not mean they did something bad.

Try one calm retry in a quiet spot. Check the microphone and let your child use a normal voice.

If the same word keeps being marked wrong, stop repeating it. A grown-up can contact support with the book title, page, word, and activity name.
